Eligibility & payout terms
Who can join
Anyone 18+ with a verifiable identity (Aadhaar / PAN for India, government ID elsewhere) and a working bank account or crypto wallet. We do not allow incentivised, fake-review, or spam-traffic promotion.
Cookie / attribution window
Affiliate links carry a 60-day attribution window. Referrals are attributed by name & phone number at the time of submission, they never expire.
Payout schedule
Referrals: 14 days after the customer's first paid invoice. Affiliates: monthly on the 7th, minimum ₹2,000. Payouts in INR (UPI / IMPS), PayPal, or USDT.
Refunds & chargebacks
If a customer refunds within 30 days, the corresponding commission is reversed. Affiliate commission stops if the customer cancels, it resumes if they come back.
Self-referrals
You can use a referral to discount your own first subscription, that is welcome. You cannot stack an affiliate link on your own account.
Brand & messaging
Use our logos, screenshots, and copy as provided. Do not bid on the "ElyAgents" or "ElySpace" trademarks in paid search. Be honest about your relationship.
Before you apply
Can I join both programs at the same time?
Yes. Most of our partners start with a referral (a business they know), then move into the affiliate program once they have a small audience.
What if my referral takes six months to sign up?
Referrals never expire. As long as the business signed up after you introduced them, and they say so on the demo call, your commission applies.
Do you provide demo videos and screenshots?
Yes, every approved affiliate gets an asset kit with logos in SVG/PNG, product screenshots, 60- and 90-second demo videos per product, and pre-written social/blog copy you can edit and ship.
Can I get a custom commission rate for high volume?
Yes, once you cross ten paying customers in a quarter, we offer a partner agreement with higher commission tiers, co-marketing, and a dedicated account manager. Reach out when you are close.
What happens if the customer downgrades or upgrades?
Affiliate commission tracks the live invoice, so if a school upgrades from 600 to 1,200 students mid-year, your commission scales with the new invoice automatically.
Where do I track my referrals and commissions?
Approved partners get a simple dashboard at partners.elyagents.com with live status of every referral, every commission accrued, and downloadable invoices for tax filing.
